Pumpkin Shmumpkin !!

Last weekend we went on a family outing to the Scarecrow festival at Thanksgiving Point.We rode ponies, had snow cones, picked some pumpkins, and a lot more. Even though there were more people then I could count and Mamie looks like she is having no fun- we had a blast!
They were more into their snow cones then the pumpkins!

Snuggle Snuggle!

Last night I went to a visiting teaching social at church. While I was there I had a conversation with a girl in my ward about letting your children sleep in bed with you. She told me that she had never, not even one time let her kids sleep in bed with her. she went on to give some long "shpeal" about how it teaches them this and that, and then they don't learn this or that. I said to myself, " well that sucks you are missing out." I do believe it is good to have your children sleep in their own beds, but whats it going hurt if they sleep with you once in awhile. My favorite thing is to wake up next to a binki or smiling face of one of my kids. I came home to this wonderful sight, and climbed in bed right next to them!

SAVE ME!!!!!

Almost everyone knows Mamie obsession with ears. When one is in reach it will be in her hand. I walked into our bedroom the other day and found Mamie attacking Henry's ear and Henry looking at me pleading to be saved. When asked to kindly remove her hand she say's, " then i'll let him suck on my finger." I just can't seem to win with her!

Silver Lake

We took a drive up to Silver Lake with the kiddo's. It was absolutely beautiful! The kids had a great time and so did we.
